Order up to 20th December for delivery before Xmas! Australia Post's last postage delivery day before Christmas is Friday 23 December, so to ensure that Australia Post can deliver by this time we recommend you order on clothingwear.com.au before 3pm, Tuesday 20 December to receive your item in time (this is including an allowance for any Australia Post postage delays). You can also take advantage of our 40% off Christmas sale coupon - which ends on this date! If you are outside of the Australia Post express network we recommend you order an additional 3-5 working days earlier - just in case. See below for Postcodes in the Australia Post Express Network.

Order before 3pm for same day dispatch....

We deliver to anywhere in Australia. Order before 3PM AEST on a weekday your order will be dispatched via Australia Post that same day.

When we receive an order, there is no processing delays. Orders that we receive before 3PM ship the same day (except for weekends), and orders after 3PM, the next business day.

Australia Post guarantees that orders that are within the Express Post delivery network will be delivered the next working day available.To confirm your Delivery area Post code and timeframe please refer to the below table.

All items are sent in discreet packaging, and you can request we don't include an invoice if you wish - if it's for a gift for example.

Shipping cost is $8.50 flat rate per order Australia wide.

All orders are sent Express post to any destination in Australia and include online tracking.

Outside Delivery Network

If your postcode falls outside the delivery network please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. We may send large items or orders from customers whose delivery address is outside of the Australia Post Express Network via Registered Post - for the benefit of extra cover and signature on delivery.

Outside Mainland Australia

Australian orders outside of mainland Australia or Tasmania (e.g. Christmas Island) will not be posted via Express post as they are outside of Australia Post's Express network and may take up to five business days for delivery regardless of when we dispatch the order. If you are from one of these regions, we recommend you request Registered Post or another form of post with tracking - which you will need to cover the extra cost for. Please contact us before you buy.

How do I track my order?

All orders made at the Clothingwear.com.au website include a tracking number. Tracking numbers are available when logging into your account and selecting your order. You can track your order at http://auspost.com.au/track/

My order has not been delivered

If your order has not been delivered within 5 Business Days please contact us at sales@clothingwear.com.au so we can investigate your order with Australia Post.

International Postage

We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only.

New Zealand Postage

There is a $19.90 postage charge for all orders being sent to New Zealand.New Zealand parcels are sent via International Registered Post. New Zealand customers can track their parcels at http://www.nzpost.co.nz Parcels can only be tracked once they have reached New Zealand and scanned for the first time in New Zealand.New Zealand Postage takes approx 5-7 Working days.Customs ChargesWe recommend that all New Zealand customers ordering from www.clothingwear.com.au check Customs Charges and Terms and Conditions with the New Zealand Customs office before making an Online purchase.Customs charges may apply to some New Zealand orders depending on the weight and value of the parcel being sent.
