How long does delivery take once I order?
We hold all items in stock. Products on our website are in stock and ready to ship! All items are sent via standard Australia post and take 4-6 Business days for delivery.

Where can I find a size chart for your products?
On the products page you can click on the small "ruler" image and a popup with a size chart will become available to view. You can also click here to view our full size chart. If you have any questions regarding a products sizing you can email us.
Are your sizes standard Australian sizes?
Yes, all European or international sizes are converted to Australian sizes before they are put on to the site. We also provide measurements in our fit guide. Please check our size chart before you buy so you know what you are getting.
What if I'm unsure about the sizing? Can I get exact measurements?
Yes, we would be happy to tell you the exact measurements of a garment if you're unsure about it. We used to measure and publish the details of every garment on every product page, but received feedback that this was confusing and the Australian size of an item would be more helpful. Because we hold all of our items in stock, if you want to know the measurements of an item before you buy just ask us and we will get someone to pull the item out of stock, measure it and get back to you. We can't possibly know everyone's measurements but do our best to make sure that you get something you can fit and are happy with.
Where are your products from?
Many of our products are sourced from Italy, France, Poland USA, UK or Hong Kong.
Can I visit your shop?
We are sorry but we do not hold our products at our office location. Clothingwear.com.au is owned by Fashtico a mail order Business that was founded in 2002. Our items are available exclusively online or by phone/mail/fax order. All of our products are shipped from an Australian warehouse and are available in stock.
What if a product I order is out of stock?
All products on our website are available in stock. We do not add products that would need to be ordered in. When you select a colour/size for that product it will tell you if the availability is running low. Once a product is sold out we do not restock it.
Are my credit card details safe when ordering online?
Does placing an item in my cart reserve it for me?
So that we don't oversell our stock, an item is only reserved for you when you go through checkout and pay for the item. For this reason putting an item in the cart does not reserve it for you and you need to go through checkout to stop someone else from buying it. This is the way most shopping carts work and it is not changeable by us.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes - the packaging on all items has no references to our company on it, so your partner won't find out that you're a ClothingWear.com.au Shopoholic! Shhh.... we won't tell ;)
